Our web Content Management System, or CMS, is an easy way to keep your website totally up to date without asking us every time you want to change a comma! Think of it as a bit like Word for the web. If you want to change some text on your website, you're presented with a screen that does look a bit like a normal word document, with little icons to make text bold or italic or create bullet points. It also has a few more icons that allow you to create a hyperlink in your text, all without knowing anything about website programming.

The way it's done is that when we design your website, we create the structure using templates. This fixes into place the text, menus, images and logos on your website pages. This structure is hidden when you want to edit a page. All you see is the text that's available to change and the names of any images that are on the page. So if you want to change an image, it's simply a case of uploading a new image to replace the old image and your web page will change.

In addition, because we use templates to build your website pages (whether you pick the one, two, or multi-page webiste package) you'll also be able to create brand new pages. The Content Managment System even adds your new page to the website menu automatically. All you do is add the text and images to your page and click save and the CMS will do the rest. Sound straightforward? It is.

This means that you or your staff, with the appropriate access of course, will be able to keep your most valuable marketing resource right up to date. And you can do it from any computer, anywhere. Just login with your user name and password and you can edit your website from home, when travelling or even when you're on holiday. Well, maybe not the last one.
